The Role:
You are the heartbeat of the crew. You’ll be loading kerbside waste and recycling, safely operating compactors, and acting as the vital right-hand person to your driver.
What You Bring:
  • Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable with 15–20km of movement and lifting up to 30kg.
  • Reliability: You have your own transport for early morning starts.
  • Standards: You can pass a Police Check and a Drug & Alcohol screen.
  • Attitude: You’re a team player who takes pride in hard work.
